Manifesto
LEV0 is not a conference, a startup event, or a traditional
hackathon. It is a breach in reality - a temporary occupation of
forgotten spaces where unfinished people gather to build unfinished
futures. We believe the most important moments in a builder's life
happen before titles, funding, or permission: late-night
conversations under fluorescent lights, strange prototypes made at
3AM, sitting in convenience stores discussing impossible ideas,
and turning raw curiosity into things other people can actually
try.
LEV0 不是一场会议，不是一次创业活动，也不是传统意义上的黑客松。它是现实中的一道理想主义的裂缝、
一次对社会规训的临时占领。在这里，不被定义的人们聚集在一起，建造还没有被定义的未来。
我们相信，Builders生命中最重要的时刻，往往发生在头衔、融资和许可之前：在荧光灯下的深夜对话，
树莓派和杜邦线做出的第一个原型，坐在便利店里讨论不可能的想法，
以及把原始的好奇心和创造欲变成每一个人的日常生活。
Liminal Civilization
LEV0 is a liminal civilization for young outliers and builders, a
temporary world that exists between leaving the default path and
entering the real world. It was born from a feeling many people
experienced growing up: climbing over school fences at night,
wandering through empty streets with friends, getting chased away
from places we were never supposed to enter, and slowly realizing
that life might not have to follow the system that was prepared for
us.
LEV0 是为年轻的异类与Builders而存在的阈限文明，是一个临时性的世界，
存在于象牙塔与真实世界之间。它诞生于一种许多人在成长过程中都曾体验过的感觉：
夜晚翻过学校的围栏，和朋友在空荡的街道上游荡，被从那些本不该进入的地方赶走，
然后慢慢意识到，人生也许并不一定要按照那个早已为我们准备好的系统运行。

The red slashed zero symbolizes both prohibition and entry. It is a
warning sign, a portal, a reset point, and an unauthorized access
marker all at once. LEV0 exists for people who instinctively search
for hidden doors instead of official entrances - people who treat
the world less like a finished structure and more like something
editable.
LEV0名字中的红色斜杠零，既象征禁止，也象征入口。
它同时是一块警示牌、一扇传送门、一个重置点，以及一个未经授权的访问标记。
LEV0 为那些本能寻找隐藏路径、而非官方入口的人而存在——他们并不把世界看作一座已经完成的结构，
而是把它视为某种可以被编辑的东西。
